Do you treat your clients like royalty?

Whilst you might not be a royalist you won’t have been able to miss the fact that Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth has just celebrated 70 years on the throne and that we have all been treated to an extra bank holiday to mark the Platinum Jubilee celebrations!

I’d like you consider for a moment – do you treat your customers as the most important part of your business?  If so, do you regard them like Kings and Queens?

Your clients and customers are the life blood of your business – you wouldn’t have a business without them!

Do you ever ask them for feedback?  Yes, you might ask them to fill in a survey or ask them for a review but what then?

The reviews come in and some might get posted on your website for people to review, if they find them, or they might get stuck in a folder somewhere?

What would happen if one of your customers wrote a glowing review stating exactly what you did for them and how it made them feel and how it has changed their lives?  Wouldn’t that be special? Would you thank them by sending them a card or a gift?  I’m not talking about waiting until Christmas to send them a corporate gift … I’m talking about now!

Testimonials are really like gold dust so they should be treated in that way. Perhaps that customer was so happy with the service you gave them they would be happy to share their story with others?

There is nothing better than a third party talking about your business and sharing how fantastic you are!

There are so many ways in which to use this testimonial, build it up in a complete story and then multiple ways in which it can be shared.  I can help you maximise this story and help you to tell it in so many ways.
